Supports the Day-to-Day Banking Products business/group (Everyday Banking and Personal Lending) in the effective implementation, maintenance, and ongoing administration of first line of defense (1st LOD) governance, risk, and control programs (e.g., operational risk, compliance, regulatory). Ensures business activities operate within regulatory and internal requirements while enabling efficient, customer-focused outcomes.
