Specialist - HR Systems

The Specialist – HRSystems role is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing HR systems and integrations with third party HR and enterprise systems. This role combines technical experience with deep HR process knowledge to ensure data accuracy, efficient workflows, and seamless end‑to‑end system performance.

The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver who can translate HR business needs into system requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to Human Resources and Technology Solutions.

What to expect

Oracle HCM Support & Functional Configuration – 60%

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM modules.
• Maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle module setups, workflows, security roles, and user access in collaboration with the Functional Lead, HR Systems.
