Specialist Medical Oncologist for GI Tumors

This full-time Medical Oncologist position at BC Cancer requires providing expert cancer treatment with a focus on GI tumors. You will play an essential role in patient care and contribute to the Vancouver Medical Oncology Program as well as the UBC Medical Oncology Training Program. Successful candidates will have demonstrated clinical experience in managing GI cases, along with relevant research training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional cancer care to patients
• Focus treatment primarily on Gastrointestinal tumors
• Engage in teaching responsibilities for medical students and trainees
Requirements:
• Fellowship in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for licensing with the College of Physicians in BC
• Preferred experience in GI tumors, with extra research training
