Position Purpose
The Paid Search Specialist will play a key role in delivering performance-driven acquisition through paid search channels. Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Manager, this role is responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation, and analysis of campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with hands‑on campaign management expertise, using automation, audience signals and data-driven experimentation to improve performance against key business KPIs. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, product and regional teams to ensure campaigns align with wider acquisition strategies and respond to market opportunities.
