Overview:The North American Rail Coordinator will oversee rail logistics operations across North America, ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant movement of goods.Based in Mexico City, this role will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, rail carriers, and customers, supporting both strategic and operational transportation initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:**Rail Operations & Tracking**- Track and trace all railcars moving to customers across all business units.
- Identify and report delays, rejections, and service disruptions.
- Provide daily and weekly railcar status reports, including loaded cars and customer hold offenders.
- Review and authorize invoices related to rail operations.
- Use railroad websites for billing and diversion requests.
**Carrier & System Communication**- Identify and resolve communication issues between SAP and Raven TMS.
