Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement in vane adjustment processes. Plan and lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Departmental Supervision teams. Conduct capability and reliability studies for vane rigs. Act as liaison and subject‑matter expert with Engineering, Procurement, Tooling, and Aftermarket Services to integrate design changes. Develop and implement new tools and processes to increase efficiency. What do you need to be successful?
