Key Responsibilities:
 

• Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients
• Support day-to-day operations with customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure communication and functionality of internal teams to optimize the customer experience
• Measure and track key performance indicators
• Possess clear communication to understand and integrate stakeholder requests while managing expectations and meeting deadlines
