Job Summary
The Spec Sales Regional Manager leads specification driven sales efforts across the Mexican territory. The role focuses on influencing product adoption at the design and planning stages, building strong relationships with engineers, consultants, and other specifiers, and driving revenue through project pipelines in the industrial, outdoor and commercial product portfolios. This position blends technical sales, territory management, and strategic business development.
