Location: Thorncliffe Park. Role: Casual. Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who is excited to work independently with primarily adult clients in their home settings on a face‑to‑face basis as well as virtual sessions. You will have full control over your schedule and the opportunity to use a variety of your therapy skills to improve the well‑being of your clients and build a passion for Home Care.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide assessments in a home setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools.
