We are currently a team of 10 creative Speech-Language Pathologists who work collaboratively and are committed, through our dedication to an ongoing learning process, providing students with evidenced-based support and treatments within the framework of the public school system. We meet regularly to review literature, hold case discussions, and brainstorm challenging situations. We pride ourselves on our open-mindedness, and in discussing changes in the field of SLP that challenge our practices; most recently the shift in supporting Neurodivergent students in advocating for acceptance and accommodation instead of conforming to social norms of the neurotypical population.
