**About the role****What you'll be doing at albo**:- Lead and support the SPEI team.
- Oversee the proper functioning of transactions, including those sent, received, returned, and settled.
- Continuously monitor SPEI payment systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolve any transactions that are not returned or are in an intermediate status.
- Liaise with banking institutions and customers to confirm receipt of payments.
- Provide solutions to operational errors in payment generation and transfers to prevent client impact.
