Minimum Diploma

Listening, speaking, reading and writing communication; 

Customer reception; 

Basic troubleshooting; 

Multi-tasking; Data entry; 

CRM operation

Professional Background:Customer Service/Call Center/Frontline Service

Work Experience:At least 1 year of customer service/call center experience

Fluent in Indonesian; Basic English reading and writing

Special Qualifications:Shift work available, KPI-oriented, customer service certification preferred
