SportChek Store Loss Prevention Supervisor

Lead the Loss Prevention efforts at SportChek by creating a secure environment for customers and associates. Your role is pivotal in minimizing losses while inspiring safety awareness.
As the Store Loss Prevention Lead, you will report directly to the Store General Manager, ensuring adherence to the Loss Prevention Program. Your presence on the sales floor during high-risk hours will help build awareness among customers. By securing products and coaching associates, you will create a culture of vigilance and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Loss Prevention awareness among customers and staff
• Oversee adherence to LP tagging standards for secure products
• Log incidents and collaborate with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager
• Coach associates on acknowledgment duties and current LP concerns
• Maintain a presence on the sales floor during peak hours
