Duties and Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and line-manage all PE teachers, swimming instructors, and external coaches to ensure high-quality instructional delivery. Develop and implement the annual Sports & PE strategic plan aligned with the school vision and calendar. Create a comprehensive yearly sports calendar (PE, swimming, galas, competitions, inter-school events and friendlies).
