SQM FOR COMPONENT INTRODUCTION (He/She) is responsible for:
- Ensure all components are introduced to project schedule and Product Life Cycle (PLC) requirements.
- Quality assurance know-how, product safety issues and risk man
- APQP Management (Advanced Product Quality Planning) at category Level (Red, Yellow, Green) in case of responsibility for component introduction
- Deploy lessons learned / read across through the SQM Category
- Support APQP process.
- Escalation Management
- Implement Category Quality Requirements
- Lessons learned & read across
- Contributes to Audit plan.
- Supports Material Certificates maintenance.
- Supports MSA and CPk analysis.
- Supports PCN's PPAP approval.
- Supports Component Introduction
- Contributes to the supplier quality related report in the plant (...
