Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: Properly performs the GL Accounting records for the entities/business units assigned of the North America and Mexico region, and in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local and USGAAP Accounting frameworks; Prepare proper and timely reconciliation of Accounting Templates for the North America and Mexico region. Prepare proper reports and information requested by Corporate and timely delivered in accordance to a calendar; Support on Internal and External Audit requirements.

Scope: North America and Mexico Region

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that properly record the Journal Accounting entries.
• Support on validation of Journal Entries.
• Preparation and support on the review of Accounting Reconciliations
• Follow up and corrections on reconciling items within the Accounting reconciliations
