Sr Analyst, Valuation and Structuring

What You Will Do

• Support economic modeling, deal structuring, PPA and renewable energy credit (REC) modeling, valuation and structuring, and PTC and/or ITC structuring and valuation for all greenfield and all M&A projects in U.S. and Canada.
• Support offtake/revenue modeling and structuring in partnership with Origination team to optimize the best offtake pricing and structuring with customers for all greenfield and all M&A projects in U.S. and Canada, including assessment of basis risk, curtailment and negative pricing.
• Support assumption intake from all key subject matter expert areas including, but not limited to, Treasury, Investment Review, Tax, Legal, Projects, Supply Chain, and Operations.
