Sr. Associate, It Business Systems Analysis

Summary of Position:
This role is part of Alcon's Information Technology function, a team that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions to Alcon associates and customers to help our people and the world see brilliantly.This position is expected to liaise with key business stakeholders (e.g., Analytical Science & Technology, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Laboratories) to ensure clear communications and effective and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Program, implement, and test collection of new modifications and standard functionalities.
- Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading trace files.
- Write technical design documents, solution summaries, operating procedures, change controls and manuals.
