Sr Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep Canadian banking experience to support deposit and payments initiatives across multiple financial institutions. This role sits within a hybrid delivery model and partners closely with business, technology, and product teams to deliver complex banking transformations. The ideal candidate has supported large financial institutions, understands payments and deposit products, and can operate across multiple lines of business in fast-paced, regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Business Analyst supporting deposit and payments initiatives


• Partner with stakeholders across Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and TPS


• Support bundled initiatives spanning multiple workstreams and financial institutions


• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
