What you can look forward to as Sr. Commercial Manager:
Quote management: Implement best practice quote process across Divs within AP. Execute, manage, evaluate and report to AP management on all Quotes, & key quote process KPIs. Track input from other departments and set prioritization if necessary. Ensure conformance to guidelines/checklists for increased quality of quote process, detail of quote & quote letter.Profitability management: Drive customer profitability tracking within sales from quote baseline through pre-launch and into production.
