Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Director, Operations located in Guadalajara North, Campus.
Reporting to the VP, Operations. The Director, Operations will be responsible for leading and overseeing advanced mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations, SMT manufacturing lines, and Liquid Cooling processes, ensuring scalable, high‑volume production, technology integration, and operational excellence.
What a typical day looks like:
Technology process deployment is for all business units and value add services organization.
Serve as a key member of the management team that sets the company’s strategic direction.
Develop strategic planning for the direction and control of manufacturing process development activities.
