Overview:Our team is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of process automation initiatives using UiPath and Mulesoft platforms. This role will coordinate multiple PODs, ensure rapid mobilization of teams, and drive the delivery of 20+ automation use cases while establishing sustainable practices and knowledge transfer frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate 2-3 automation PODs with blended onshore/offshore teams
Drive rapid mobilization to deliver first production automation within 2-4 weeks of contract start
Manage stakeholder relationships with Automation Manager and executive sponsors
Oversee the Advise-Build-Run lifecycle for each automation initiative
Establish governance frameworks and reporting cadences for capacity-based engagement
Coordinate knowledge transfer activities between vendor teams and client developers
