AI Opportunity Identification

• Analyze manufacturing workflows and operational data to uncover areas where AI can drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments for AI initiatives.

Requirements Gathering & Translation

• Work closely with area managers, engineers, and IT teams to gather detailed business requirements.
• Translate operational needs into clear, actionable specifications and business requirements for data science and development teams.

AI Solution Design & Implementation

• Partner with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI models (e.g., predictive maintenance, defect detection, demand forecasting).
• Ensure AI solutions integrate with MES, ERP, and other manufacturing systems.
