Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive development, ownership, and execution of the Patient Care Communications strategy.
• Define and manage the strategic roadmap for all patient communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader digital health, patient engagement, and enterprise business objectives.
• Drive the identification, evaluation and implementation of innovative digital platforms, tools and messaging to enhance patient communication, education and empowerment across the entire healthcare continuum.
