Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead the QA team, building capability to achieve strong performance in all Quality, Food Safety, and Hygiene metrics.




  • Manage customer, regulatory, certification, and corporate audits, visits, and inspections, ensuring proper follow‑up on all CAPAs.




  • Lead food safety programs, ensuring full implementation of the food safety plan, sanitation standards, food defense, and vulnerability assessments.




  • Support resolution of customer complaints by completing RCA cycles and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.




  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Sales on new product introductions and site‑to‑site transfers to ensure quality and compliance.




  • Oversee sanitation standards, local laboratory equipment, QC materials, and inventory needed for quality operations.
