Role Overview
The Senior Manager - Cash Office Operations is accountable for the end-to-end design, implementation, stabilization, and scaling of the centralized Cash Office operating model for Walmart Mexico. This role provides strategic leadership, governance, and risk oversight, ensuring alignment with accounting standards, internal controls, and transformation objectives while enabling significant productivity and savings through standardization and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and rollout of the Cash Office centralized operating model, from pilot through mass deployment.
• Own governance, controls, and risk management for centralized cash reconciliation and policy close activities.
• Partner with Operations, Controllership, Treasury, Technology, and external providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee SLA, KPI, and productivity management, ensuring service stability and performance excellence.
