A market leader in providing financial solutions to global markets is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Sr. Manager Service Delivery to oversee the delivery of Production Support services for Broadridge’s Corporate Actions product (Astrid).
This role has direct responsibility for managing the Level 2 (L2) Production Support team across North America, while engaging with multiple internal and global teams.
