Amazon Web Services Canada is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead a Solutions Architecture team supporting major Insurance customers within the AWS Canada Financial Services Business. This role combines deep industry expertise with people leadership to drive customer success and business growth for strategic accounts in Canada's Financial Services ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished technical leader with experience across product, architecture, and technology who has worked with large enterprises and high-growth organizations. The leader will guide a cross-functional team of FSI Solutions Architects who provide deep technical expertise to customers. The team also acts as a critical feedback channel from Canadian customers that directly feeds into the AWS product and services roadmap.
