Sr Opex Engineer

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr OPEX Engineer.What you'll do:PRIMARY FUNCTION:Optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality, apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools that promote systematic and sustainable improvement in the organization.Essential Functions:Analyze plant processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, opportunities for improvement through data analysis.Design and implement improvements in the plant applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem solving methodologies, among others.Standardize and ensure sustainability of plant processes.Lead and coordinate continuous improvement events.Planning and execution of continuous improvement projectsQualifications:Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering or similarEnglish: Intermediate/ AdvancedAt least 3 to 5 years or more in Continues Improvement areaLean ManufacturingSix SigmaKaizenVSM Process MappingStatistical control of the process SPCProblem SolvingSkills:Leadership...
