Overview

Senior Product Designer to join a rapidly scaling Fintech team. This is a rare opportunity to help scale fintech products across new sales channels and innovate by creating new products that solve customer problems. You will work on the design team with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to create elegant, user-centric solutions that address real problems.

What Would Your Day-to-day Look Like

• Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then leverage qualitative feedback and quantitative data—tracking customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments—to validate and iterate on designs
