Job Description

Generic Description:
Acts as the technical liaison between the NPI (New Product Introduction) area and the Production departments to successfully introduce new products on time and according to plan into the production stage at WNC Juárez, as well as to support existing products in all matters related to the technical aspect.

Main Duties, Responsibilities, And Expectations

• Maintain communication between the design teams (U.S.A.) and the Juárez manufacturing site.
• Responsible for managing the transition of technical aspects related to the product from its introduction phase through implementation and/or release to production.
• Provide technical support to various departments during pilot runs by supplying electrical specifications for new components, electrical diagrams, etc....
