Sr. Quality Engineer Automotive Industry

_**Profile**_- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 5 years quality working experience, at least 3 years QA experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment, has experience in quality system management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (IATF*****)- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for performance measurement and decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of improvement projects.
- Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to drive change and achieve results.
- Industrial engineering education background and work experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem solving.
