Description
This role is responsible for the execution, development, and strategic direction of the AdiClub Members community in Colombia. The position plays a key role in driving member engagement, retention, and growth through innovative loyalty initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and seamless customer experiences aligned with global and local business objectives. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the AdiClub membership program in Colombia.
Develop and implement loyalty initiatives to improve member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Manage and continuously optimize the member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement campaigns, and reactivation strategies.
Analyze member data and behavior to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
