**Purpose of the position**:
The Line Lead is one of the three key players in the Line Centric Team (LCT)and is responsible for driving the implementation and maturation of the Hershey Lean Production System (HLPS) on its assigned lines by implementing the HLPS Standards and Daily Management Systems (DMS), delivering stability, predictability, flexibility, agility, and efficiency to the operation.
The Line Lead is a member of the Business Unit (BU) leadership team and works closely with the BU leader, the rest of the LCT (Process Lead and Reliability Lead), and other functional areas in the BU team to achieve business results.
They ensure adherence to EHS, safety, food safety, quality regulatory requirements, and company policies.
