Sr. Technician - Electrical

Power Supply & Electrical Maintenance Ensure continuous power supply to HO & CMDs Bungalow during govt. power failures via existing gen-sets / UPS. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG sets, electrical panels, transformers, and allied equipment. Maintain service logs, inspection checklists, and compliance records. Monitor electrical load distribution and safety standards. HVAC & Energy Efficiency Oversee maintenance of air-conditioning systems to ensure consistent thermal comfort for employees. Track AC breakdown records and response timelines. Identify energy-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures. Coordinate AMC vendors and technicians. Government Liaison & Infrastructure Approvals Liaise with Electricity Department and other government authorities for approval, clearances, and dispute resolutions.
