Staff Engineer (Asembly Process)

**FUNCTIONS**: BASIC FUNCTION Under the supervision of the Plant Engineering Manager, this position is responsible for developing, maintaining and lead project-engineering programs to keep the automated equipment in good operating conditions, through preventive and corrective maintenance. Moreover, is responsible for the proper function of the automated equipment, such as: PLC’S, Robots, Drives and Sensors. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure the correct operation of the control programs according to production necessities. 2. Develop and implements preventive maintenance programs to control devices, to avoid malfunctions or delays. 3. Maintain and solve problems of all equipment of the Plant, such as: PLC’S, Robots, Drives sensors and Instrumentation. 4. Support manufacturing improvement through KOS and supports a safe work environment. 5. Design and Build small machines to improve production work and reduce Takt Time. 6.
