Job Summary We are seeking a Full‑Time remote Staff Lawyer to assist in our Pre‑Litigation department. Your day‑to‑day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Provide support to the department you are assigned with various tasks (Pre‑Litigation). Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits. Draft LORs. Send Welcome Letters to clients. Relabel file documents and secure clean client records. Order Police Reports. Request Med Pay. Disengage providers / clients (using template and with attorney approval). Order medical records & bills. Send medical referrals. Generate disbursement sheets.
