Job Description
Experian is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build and evolve core enterprise systems while providing technical leadership across distributed teams in the United States and India. You will blend hands-on development with operational ownership, helping engineering teams deliver secure, reliable, and scalable software.
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead development teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, high value complex projects.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support to the development team.
Specify and ensure the design of technology solutions fulfills all our requirements, achieve desired goals and fulfill return on long-term goals.
Take technical responsibility for all stages and iterations in a software development project, providing method specific technical guidance to project partners.
