The Trainer II / Training Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing training administration activities for manufacturing personnel in a regulated environment. This role ensures training compliance, certification tracking, curriculum management, and adherence to internal procedures and quality system requirements. The position works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Training, and Operations teams to maintain accurate training records, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
