With over 7 years of UX research expertise, you'll create frameworks and infrastructures that empower teams to conduct independent research. Your role will also involve complex research initiatives, guiding PMs and designers to integrate evidence-driven insights into their workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design systems for organized and actionable research practices
• Lead complex research end-to-end, from scoping to synthesis
• Support PMs in formulating measurable project hypotheses
• Advise cross-functional teams on research methodologies
• Empower teams with UXR tools and structured feedback tactics
