Job Summary

We are offering a 3‑month unpaid internship for a Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role is targeted at students currently enrolled in an HR or business‑related program and is designed to provide hands‑on experience within a dynamic recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in the full recruitment cycle.
• Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
• Responsible for job postings and ensuring they reach the target audience.
• Pre‑screen and interview candidates.
• Prepare candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Present candidates to employers under the guidance of a senior recruiter.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Contribute to the regular administrative requirements of the team.
