The role focuses on process audits, corrective actions, customer complaint investigation, and solution implementation to ensure quality of our Chillers Products and drive continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular process audits to identify deviations from standard operating procedures and quality standards; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence; collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify root causes and effective solutions.Investigate customer complaints and claim root causes, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.Apply problem‐solving methodologies, including 8‐D, to address recurrent issues and customer claims; lead cross‐functional teams to find and implement effective solutions.Track and...
