Job Summary

The MOTT Weather Network Program is an established and highly collaborative team of technologists dedicated to supporting transportation safety across the province. With a total of 12 staff working province-wide—including a close-knit group of two based in Prince George—this team partners closely with other Ministry of Transportation and Transit staff as well as external contractors such as electrical and maintenance specialists. Together, they play a critical role in improving public safety and ensuring the efficient movement of goods and people throughout British Columbia. Team members are known for their strong coordination and cooperation, working collectively to achieve shared objectives while maintaining a supportive and collegial environment.
