As a Fendi Store Manager you are the owner of the store business and accountable for overall performance. You will lead and inspire the team, manage merchandise and operations, and deliver an exceptional client experience to drive sales and loyalty. You will also build succession plans and foster internal growth for team members.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets across product categories.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies, events, and incentives in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Manage client relationships and CRM activities to build and retain VIP clientele and private appointments.
- Oversee daily store operations including schedules, reporting, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink control.
