Store Manager

Job Overview

As a Store Manager, you and the team you lead will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our baby essentials, help prepare them for the first day of school, and accompany them through the big and little moments of their parenting journey. We’re looking for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimizes skills and talents, and continually educates themselves and their team on product styles, features, and benefits. You’ll coach your teams to reach their potential, to become brand and product experts, and to own their careers.
