- Supervise and guide retail staff to ensure professional customer service and responsible sale of age-restricted vape products and accessories.
- Assign daily work schedules and oversee routine store operations, including stocking, merchandising, shelf labelling, and store cleanliness.
- Verify customer age and enforce all vape-related sales restrictions in accordance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Support staff with product knowledge, customer inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions to ensure accurate and compliant sales.
