Strategic Accounts Lead – EPC & Major Projects

Schneider Electric is seeking a Strategic Accounts Lead to shape and win Ontario’s most critical infrastructure and industrial projects. This is a high-impact role where you will influence multi-million-dollar opportunities early, often before projects are formally defined, by engaging directly with top EPC firms and consortium partners. What You’ll Do Lead Schneider Electric’s EPC engagement strategy across major Ontario projects Build and manage relationships with senior EPC stakeholders, including executives, project directors, and engineering leaders Engage early in project lifecycles (concept, front-end engineering design, pre-tender) to influence specifications and solution design Identify and prioritize opportunities across infrastructure, industrial, institutional, water, and mining sectors Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and support conversion into orders Partner with internal sales teams and business units to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions...
