Strategic Demand Planner: Forecasting & Insights Lead

TPE de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is looking for a professional to lead demand management and forecasting processes. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align on demand forecasts and improve accuracy.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, and possess 3–5+ years of relevant experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems are preferred.

Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role, as well as a strong work ethic and a sense of ownership.
