Strategic Hr Generalist & Change Leader

Veritiv Corp is seeking an HR professional to support Employee Relations activities, focusing on benefits, payroll follow-up, and engagement to foster a positive culture.
You will lead multiple HR strategic initiatives and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of HR experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday is beneficial, as is experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
