As the Manager of People & Culture Business Partnership, you will work closely with senior management to enhance organizational effectiveness through tailored people programs. Your leadership will guide teams in performance management, talent assessment, and change leadership initiatives. This temporary role is based in North Vancouver or Portland.

• Oversee creation of people strategy aligned with business goals.
